Does AIA integrated plan (vitalhealth A) cover the A&E consultation fees?

I have paid for the A&E consultation fee (~$140) before my admission to hospital.

Is this fee claimable from the insurer? if so, how do i go about claiming from AIA?

Only if you added the Emergency and Outpatient Care Booster, you'd be able to claim.
