When they say 100k by 30. Do they mean inclusive of cpf or excluding? What is your own personal goal? What is your own personal goal and what is your progress so far? Thanks!

I think it would depend on your personal goals; some may see it as a net worth of $100k (which includes cash, investments, properties etcetc), whereas others see it as $100k in accumulated disposable income. I believe it matters less what others say, but instead consider your personal circumstances and set that definition yourself, hope that helps! :)

No right or wrong here, but most articles I came across include CPF. Afterall, CPF is also your money.
Another reason is also because most people will include stocks and bonds as well, as part of their 100k.

Do i need that $$$, not really. just to challenge myself and see how far i can push myself. Just do it for fun.
