I don't. It isn't required.
There is always work and upcoming projects so if I do not draw clear boundaries between work and life, I can easily forgo "life". That is very likely to lead to burnout.
I'm in for a marathon and not a sprint.
If there is additional work and it's important + urgent, then I may work longer on weekdays.
