Why do you choose so and which is better long-term? For me, I don't shave a lot so I can use a disposable one multiple times.

Personally, I use a reusable razor because I feel that it's more comfortable and it's a more environmentally friendly option. However, if your concern is about costs, then a disposable razor may be a better option for you since you don't shave a lot.
For example, a pack of 6 Gillette disposable razors is priced at $5.50 at Fairprice, which is slightly less than a dollar for one razor. On the other hand, a reusable razor is usually more expensive. For example, the Gillette Mach 3 is priced at $8.90, and a pack of 4 catridges is priced at $15 ($3.75/catridge). This is also known as the Razor Blade Model, which involves the company selling the product (e.g. the razor) at a low price (sometimes a loss) and profit off the complementary product (e.g. the catridges).
tldr: If your concern is about costs, then a disposable razor is a better option. If you care for the environment, then a reusable razor is a better option.

Reusable razor, as I just need to change the blade after using it for some time. Then I can keep the handle. The box of blades is quite cheap too.
