Looks like it was 0 in 2020. Stay tuned for a few months to see 2021!

Hmm honestly it's hard to tell. I guess it is not likely that Civil Service bonus will be completely removed since this might cause fear/demoralise the whole public but then again who knows? Very hard to say with the recent developments.
