Depends on what you value.
Sufficient money is a must.
After that, it's about having time to do the things you want to do, because time is truly limited.
If you really love your job, then I suppose you don't even need to retire but can consider if you want more work-life balance

Theres no best age to retire, people retire when they want/can . Some people still do want to work despite being able to pay for bills for the years ahead. You should look more into the concept of freedom; of being able to do whatever u want whenever u want.

Depends on oneself, but i guess at an age, where you can still enjoy is important....
