Do you think Singapore tends more to the West or the East in terms of corporate culture, and is it a good thing? (e.g. West - Calling people out on their mistakes is the norm, East - Unthinkable)?

Good evening. This is an interesting question. Believe that Singapore is a cosmopolitan city where people from various city stay here and we are multi-racial. We may appear westernise due to English being the common language used here, however our cultural roots do hold our thinking to be eastern at times. Thanks JULIE
