Do you think Grab would list on the SGX anytime time soon?
Grab looks to be slowly expanding into a variety of business so it is possible that it would list on SGX so as to gain more capital in the next 5 - 10 years? Would be interesting to see how it performs over time.

I think it's very possible that they will IPO in the next few years. Grab has an agreement with Uber that they have to IPO by 2023, or possibly be on the hook for more than 2 billion dollars to Uber. On the contrary, Grab's CEO has said that they can IPO once they are profitable (they are not!).
However, I do not think that they will list on the SGX. Instead, they will list on US or HK markets where there is greater investor interest and higher liquidity. Sea Limited (Shopee/Garena) listed on the NYSE, while Razer listed on the HKEx. With the fintech hype going strong in these markets, it is highly unlikely that Grab will IPO on the SGX.
