No, but we have new year lunch that always co-incides with lunar new year and all of us receive a $10 ang pao from the company.

I think it depends on the "nationality" of your company - I did receive "kai gong ang bao" in my first company which is a SG SME. And subsequently when my bosses are Chinese, definitely not from angmohs :)
