How strict are insurers on claims on disability income policies in the context of a mostly desk-bound job? Details and example in the description.?

Can you get disability income insurance if you have pre-exisiting conditions? What are some examples of disability income insurance?

If I get disabled due to infectious disease or personal accident / critical illness, can I claim from both disability income insurance & PA/CI?

Should I get a standalone policies such as CI and Disability if I'm on a budget? I have life insurance with rider that I can claim CI OR permanent disability... but I'm worried as my dependents grow

How much are you paying for insurance? I'm 25, paying $400/month for hospitalisation, life (20 years payment then cover for life), ECI, CI, disability income of 2800/month. Is this a fair amount?
