As I scroll through my own socials, I'm constantly intruded by notifications as well (my notifications are turned off, but I don't log out of work accounts because it's too tedious to have to log in and out everyday...). Is this just a fact I have to accept since I technically signed up for it?

Hi Anon! I'm wondering if "social media never sleeps, so it's difficult for me to have a strict cut off time for work" is a mindset you developed or something imposed by your boss/company?
If it's self-imposed, you may want to relook into why you may have developed this mindset. Work is a part of life but you don't have to let it BE your entire life :) take breaks when necessary and create healthy boundaries! if it's something imposed by your boss/company, I think you can communicate and have this conversation. Also, automating them is the way to go!!
There are many social media scheduling tools out there you can use to help: Hootsuite, Buffer etc
