Hi Kai Cheah,

At the moment no. I set an approximate amount for my need (food, transport, bills, etc) and since my emergency fund is already set up, every last cent is ear marked for investing.

It doesn't mean I invest it though. I keep some in reserve, like a warchest for deployment when I spot good opportunities. However a portion of my cashflow does go towards RSPs which I just build over time, ignoring market fluctuations and short term noise.

Nope, I invest 30% of total monthly income, with a view of increasing this with time. The budgeting rule I follow is the money jar management system found here: https://www.harveker.com/blog/6-step-money-mana...
