Yes, given the new regulation. It is required. Alternativel, you can opt to buy your own shaver and cut it at home!

Some barbershops did put up a notice saying they won't serve anyone not wearing a mask, so I'd rather not take my chances. Anyway it's already a must to wear a mask when outdoors, so you can just wear it all the way to the barber shop. Of course, they are all closed now....just wait till 12th May.
