Do i need to pay a fee for investing T-bills via via CPF?

I am planning to invest my CPF OA for T-Bills via DBS. Will there be a fee involve?

I withdrawn abt SGD9,250 from my CPF OA Account to invest in T-Bill. Required advise on how much I need to transfer from my DBS CPF Investment Account back to my CPF OA when the T-Bill matures.

I have around two thirds of my investable CPF OA invested in T-Bills and am tempted to invest the remaining one third into it. Is this a wise move ? Currently don't intend to purchase a property

I've just finished a 3 year course and have paid the Uni fees using my mum's CPF. However, I know once she turns 55, she'll be able to waive it off so that I do not need to pay back in the CPF Acc.
