Do i need to pay a fee for investing T-bills via via CPF?

I am planning to invest my CPF OA for T-Bills via DBS. Will there be a fee involve?

Yes, small amount, depending on how many times u transanct

I’m new to investing. I would like to know how IBKR deducts the monthly activity fee. Would they deduct from the amount of money I have in the account or a bill will be sent to me asking me to pay?
