Do I just need to know the total contribution till Dec by me and my employer, to find out how much I can top up my Medisave?

As cpf contribution is not same monthly, so I need to wait till mid Dec to confirm the contribution for this year. Is there a last date to top up Medisave and how long does it take?

Do I just take 37740 - total contribution = amount that I can top up Medisave?

Hi anon,

Yes that's right. So if you have hit CPF annual limit already, you won't be able to top up Medisave. Any excess topups made before hand would be refunded without interest.
