Do I have to pay for supplementary card?

I have already gotten a main card POSB Everyday. Currently, I had passed my parents the physcial copy while I use the digital copy on my phone. I will like to check if I'm to get a supplementary card for my parents, in order for the expenses to be separated so that it is cleaner (my allowance for family is the expenses incurred for family, like utilities and groceries).

I'll like to check if it is possible to get waiver of the supplementary card fees like the main card's annual fee, as it will help make things easier for me.
