You can but there is no diversification.

End of the day you want to buy the company with the competitive advantage not invest in their competitors.

Best if you do reasearch on which company has the competitive advantage and stick to that.

Once you determine the company with the competitive advantage, then average out the cost price of the stock and buy in below fair valuation :)
