Salaryman at some company
Need to check the policy doc. Distribution costs should be declared there. As for the commission that comes from the company itself, I'm not sure... should be less than the commission from life policies...

Hi Anon, yes agents/FAs do get commission for any insurance plans you purchase through them, including medical and personal accident plans. In Singapore, most FAs operate on a commission-based structure, which means they only earn when Clients purchase what they need through them. They cannot be working for free, right? :)
With that being said, this is why it's important to choose a trusted FA you'd like to work with in the long run!
