DirectAsia 40% Travel Insurance Promo (2026) – Best deal or not worth it?

Just came across this and wanted to check if anyone else has tried it 👇

I checked a few quotes and the pricing actually looks quite competitive compared to other insurers in Singapore.

What stands out:

• 40% discount auto-applied (no code required)
• Covers up to S$2.5M medical (top plan)
• Free child coverage on family plans
• Includes trip cancellation, baggage delay, etc.

But a few things I noticed:

• Some exclusions (like Middle East travel currently)
• Pre-existing conditions have limits
• Pricing still depends a lot on the plan you choose

Also saw some other DirectAsia promo codes floating around (like vouchers for car insurance), but not sure how useful those actually are.
