Haven't invested in a Tiny house before, but I did read about the shoebox apartment trend that took place about a decade ago. Unlike the tiny house trend in the US, the fad died down in Singapore pretty quickly, because of the fact that Singaporeans are not in favour of the idea of staying in a tiny house.
