Dependent’s Protection Scheme?

If I have existing insurance under Great Eastern, will having DPS stack together with my other insurance in an event of a mishap? Or should I stick with NTUC income for DPS?

The Dependent Protection Scheme can be stacked with other insurance policies as they are different policies.

There is not much difference between having NTUC Income or Great Eastern as your insurance provider as it will still be the same scheme (same pricing and benefits). Thus there is not much point in switching between providers.

Hi Anon,

Yes the DPS payout does stack since it is a separate insurance from your other policies.

The scheme is the same regardless of insurer and you don't have to change to NTUC just because you were assigned to be under GE.
