Debts Consolidation Plan

I have few credit cards outstanding, I'm planning to go for this DCP.
I have few concerns about this.
For example, will it affect my future housing loan or any loan in the future if I plan to buy a house?

Does your current debt level affect your eligibility to take a housing loan? In any case, going thru DCP will improve your debt situation. It is more advantageous to do it, especially to cut down the hefty credit card debts.
