I remind myself that everyone goes through it at some point. I take rejections as practice, not punishment, and keep improving along the way.

Rejection is the norm. Since you have competitors who are stronger than you in some cases, work on improving yourself, make your resume strong, make your narrative professional. You will be better than your competitors eventually, and get the job you are looking for.
