DBS/POSB Transactions made yesterday (17 June) double charged

Hey all! Just saw this post on Reddit about DBS/POSB cards with double transactions. Please check your bank accounts as some of them claimed to have the same amount deducted. Apparently, their Facebook page and hotline are being spammed right now.

I just tried login into the app but it's crashing. Anyone else manage to login and check your account?

If you're being double charged, you generally don't have to worry as the erroneous charge is typically refunded within a few days.

What you should look out for is if the charge appears on your monthly statement, which you can then dispute with the bank.

Hey, thanks for this. I can't login to my app but I managed to see in the peek balance function that I was double charged on one of my transactions as well (luckily a small transaction). Will check back later to see if I will be refunded.
