DBS has gone back to pre-COVID price. Is this the right time to sell stocks?

I think the fact that DBS share price is going back to where it used to mean that there is stability.

Abit late for banking, so green. Now industrial reit is red, retail & hospitality coming back. Sector rotation. What you gonna do?🤔
