DBS Fixed Deposit

My fixed deposit with DBS is maturing soon. When I opened the time deposit account for the first time, I need to do down to the branch and the investment rep helps to open the account and to input a promo code in order to enjoy better rate. My question is do I still need to go down to the branch to put another placement or can I do it via ibanking for the better rate? Any promo code?
