Currently, I have a portfolio of about $60k in stocks and I am looking to diversify and explore low-risk options to build up another $50k within 7 years. Would you recommend FSMone RSP?

I plan to encash $50k after 7 years to pay for housing and renovations. Am thinking of other options other than saving in my bank.
