Currently holding syfe equity100. Thinking of switching over to CSPX on IBKR as the fees are eating up my gains. Should I Invest in both? Or gradually move over my funds?

Depends on your DCA approach and whether you only want to invest in the only CSPX. Assuming you invest small amount monthly, you will be paying minimum commission on IBKR. (about $27 per stock per year) which is comparable to syfe with $5000 invested.

So if you want more than one stock or DCA frequently, you may not save money. If its just lumpsum, go for it, move all at once.

I DCA twice a month on couple of ETFs so syfe select custom is cheaper for me and still allow me the choice of ETFs.
