Current portfolio and what do you think about the latest IOP - UOBAM Ping An ChiNext ETF?

Currently moving on to my 30s, take home salary roughly about $4000+. I like to diversify my portfolio and these are my current basket:

1. Blue Chips (DBS, Singtel, ST Engineering, Starhub) - ~$4500 (DCA $500/mth into ST E, rest have stopped)
2. SSB - $4000
3. Stashaway $3800 (ETF)
4. Syfe $5300 (REITs, Equity 100)
5. Singlife $10K savings and $2200 Investment
6. Astrea 7A - $9000; Astrea 7B S$5500
7. 6 month T bill - $3000 (due April)
8. Moo moo stocks/funds - $3500 (mainly US market)
9. IBKR - $14000 (AUS/US market but at loss of $8K, keeping for now)
10. Great Eastern Savings Plan - 30 year plan till 54 years old $4800/yr

Current cash flow ~$30K in bank for emergency standby.

What do your think of this portfolio and any experts to help guide if this is sufficient? I'm thinking of putting about 3K into UOBAM Ping An Chinext ETF as currently my portfolio doesnt really invest into China market.
