CSSPX is CSPX?

I wanted to buy CSPX but could only find CSSPX, I know they are the same judging from price and description, but why do they have different ticker names?

They are the same S&P ETF by BlackRock/iShares, but different ticker symbols listed on different stock exchanges:

CSPX is listed on London Stock Exchange.

CSSPX is listed on Swiss Stock Exchange.
