CSPX vs VOO

Hi looking for some advice here,

Started my investing journey a year back, currently using Syfe trade due to its 2 free trades per month. I am currently investing roughly 500-600/month into VOO but as i slowly educate myself there are a lot of recommendation to invest into CPSX instead due to the withholding tax.

As syfe does not bring in CSPX, im looking at IBKR but the interface is abit harder to use compared to Syfe. So im still considering to stick with VOO.

1) Is it true that i am unable to buy CSPX as fractional shares like VOO?

2) Does the withholding tax really makes a difference with comparing the 2 platform fees?

3) What do i do with my Syfe trade portfolio? Do i sell off my VOO and buy into CSPX if i choose to go ahead on the switch?

For me, I will take advantage of the 2 free trades a month on Syfe and the easier UI for my monthly DCA. That being said, the extra 15% withholding tax will be up to you to decide/calculate if it's worth it.
