Double-check the code populated — if it's blank, type it in manually before submitting.
Complete Advanced KYC — government ID + selfie. Basic or Intermediate verification does not unlock the bonus.
Stake at least 1,000 CRO using your own funds (bonus CRO doesn't count toward this threshold).
Bonus credits automatically to your CRO wallet once KYC + stake are both confirmed.

3 things that will cost you the bonus

Advanced KYC only. Starter/Intermediate verification doesn't qualify, even if you've staked.
Own funds only. Bonus CRO can't be used to hit your own stake threshold.
