Hi Vivien,
Adding on to what Nathaniel has mentioned, if you want to make sure you receive the cashback from your AMEX true cashback/UOB absolute, you can just use them to top up your Grabpay card and pay the bills with your Grabpay card. You will earn cashback on the top up but you will not earn grab points, so you effectively earn 1.5/1.7% cashback anyway.
