CPFIS Spore Telecommunications shares how to sell?

My mum has this "8888 Spore Telecommunications" of qty 137 in her OCBC CPFIS account.

How can she sell away this odd lot share?

What does the number 8888 mean? It does not correspond to the Singtel sgx code of Z74.

It is also not the discounted singtel shares as checked with CPF online.

Any advice? Thanks.

The number 8888 is probably just some internal code OCBC used, definitely not the SGX ticker code.

You can sell odd lots on the SGX Unit Share Market. A few local brokerages can trade in unit share market thru their online portal, I used Lim & Tan and POEMS.

Dr Wealth has an article on selling odd lots and OCBC Securities is one of the brokers that supports online odd lots trading:

It might be some shares held in custody by OCBC. I had similar problem sometime back. had to go to OCBC Securities near raffles place mrt, get a broker (as lasst time did not set up online trading account), then ask the broker to see how to sell. take note there is broker fee to sell.
