CPF repayment for Bank Loan

Hi all, I am using cpf to repay my bank loan for my property. As I am on a quarterly reset floating rate loan, my loan repayment amount will be different each quarter. Is there a better way to set the cpf repayment amount? Right now I have to log into the CPF portal every quarter to change the loan repayment amount. TIA!
