Covid Discharge Memo

Wondering if anyone who did home recovery for covid received a discharge memo after day 7? If yes, how did you receive it?

Also, can this discharge memo replace the pre-departure PCR test when returning to SG from overseas? Thanks!

Yes, received it on my email directly from MOH and yes you don't need to do any test when you're returning to Singapore within 90 days of first tested positive.
