Noob at Idiots Invest

I think they sell property investment courses. That's their product. They probably generate quite a bit of revenue from the courses. They offer free webinars explaining property investment and all. The quality of the education is fair, and they spent quite a bit of time marketing the actual paid course.

From their free webinar one of the tenets of their approach is using leverage to purchase property and then by valuing the property right, the rental income from the property is meant to cover the mortgage and more. They don't go into that much detail so again, it pushes you towards purchasing the course, which points towards the course being the real product.
