Could someone help explain Tiger Brokers referral program?

I'm thinking of referring friends to Tiger Broker for the rewards, but it seems like the details (regarding the bonuses to both referrer and referee) are not so clear.

From what I gather, it seems like the referrer only gets a 30-day interest boosted to 8% p.a. while the referee gets a USD 30 voucher, 1 sure-win draw attempt & lifetime 0-commission trades* for US stocks.

Am I correct in my understanding of the information?
