Could someone elaborate on this whole switching process?

How the switching process works:
1) switch to a retailer that uses same SP bill
-sign up
-u will still recieve the same as SP bill and still pay through SP
-however, on the bill will reflect ur electricity is under new retailer, what plan u get, new pricing(at a cheaper rate) and other details of the contract
-no additional deposit as original deposit remains at SP
2) switch to retailer that is SEPERATE billing

• your new retailer will submit application to SP to request transfer of your electricity account
• SP will close your electricity account
• SP will refund u a portion of the original deposit
• receive new seperate electricity billing under new company(may or may not need to pay deposit depending on who u sign with)
