Convert my UOB DIRECT VISA CARD into regular ATM CARD?
I am thinking of not paying the $18 annual fee as I don’t make 12 VISA transaction a year. The reason that I want to convert is because i have a SINGLIFE Account which issues no fee VISA Debit Card but it must be linked to a account.

Yes, you can do that. Simply call the bank to terminate the VISA card and request for a normal ATM card.

Autually 12 visa transaction is very easy to hit if you use on public transport.And I know Singlife visa card cannot do writhdraw,you only can spend money inside.
