"Convert" Individual CDP Acc to Joint ACC?

Would it be possible to "convert" an Individual CDP Account (currently have) to Joint Account? This would reduce having to manage multiple acount and transferring stocks between both acc. Advice pls, thank you.

Don't think we can convert. Will have to create a joint account then transfer your securities from the individual to joint account. That's what I did
