The interface has to be user friendly , the ability to navigate smoothly within the platform . Easy to use and understand . If u can't explain stuffs in simple stuffs , u don't know what u are talking about .

Ready customer support to assist clients if the need arises ... customer support has to be knowledgable about what they are doing . Patience is a virtue ,
