I opened an account with Saxo, after the online signup I heard nothing for 2 weeks. Sent a mail and got a reply that there were items missing. Handed in the items, got another mail account opened and got an ID. But no login data or instructions. No registered mail or anything within the last 4 weeks. Sent more emails to the same contact person. No reply. Is this normal? If this is how it starts I wonder about their service quality. Also, I am confused not to have received any letter.
