Both are sector based ETFs focusing on Info Tech and Tech Sector. I hope you have heard about the Core And Satellite Portfolio. Your core holdings should consist of a broad/diversified ETF like a World ETF (eg. VEU) or US Market ETF (eg .VOO/VTI/IVV). The satellite holding can be the 2 ETFs you mentioned, so as to capture higher returns but should not be the highest percentage of your portfolio since the Tech sector has been historically the most volatile, Go Big or Go Bust sector. Please do your due diligience before you decide to invest. And finally, I will personally choose VGT as my Satellite holding due to its lower expense ratio๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿป Then again, I would choose QQQ over VGT as QQQ is more comprehensive and not entirely focused on Tech but heavily tilted towards Tech. Good luck!

Both seem good, prediction difficult.

VGT is a bit tilted too much towards it's biggest holdings, I feel, but still super.

QQQ and CQQQ could be interesting,

as also SOXX, FDN and SKYY.
