Coinbase (COIN), a crypto exchange which just listed on NASDAQ has a larger valuation than NASDAQ and ICE (NYSE) itself. What strange times we are living in!

Interestingly, after going public, Coinbase was valued at over 10 times its last valuation as a private company. Blogged about it here as well. ​​​

It is indeed a strange time! And it seems like people are buying Coinbase because of the hype around Crypto, and I guess in some way, the thesis of it being the future of finance. That said, if you are bullish on cryptocurrency as a whole, why would you buy Coinbase at such a high valuation instead of buying Bitcoin for e.g.? Based on Coinbase's assets, the price should move according to the general sentiment of the Crypto Market.
