Hi guys!
For context currently i have AIA plans that is using giro linked to my UOB One debit card which doesn't really earn me points, rebates, miles or have any benefits as AIA recurring payments only allows Mastercards.

I am looking to apply for a mastercard under Citibank but is there any experts that knows what are the differences between Citi Prestige Card, Citi PremierMiles Card and Citi Rewards card? Because from what i see some cards do not give you miles/cashback whatever under the Merchant Category Code (MCC) 6300 Insurance Sale?

Most credit cards do not offer cashback or miles for insurance, tax, etc. It has to through service or third party like citi payall, standard chartered Easibill, cardup, etc. See this

Note that this is not free! There are fees! So you will have to calculate is it worth to earn the miles with these services.

I noticed that Citi PayAll has a 2.6% fee in order to earn rewards / miles.
