CITi Bank Rewards

There are usually two types of rewards:

1. Platform aggregator rewards: Either through SingSaver or MoneySmart (You need to follow the steps on what these emails which you would have gotten the moment you signed up) If not you can contact their customer service email. Usually it's some gift like a apple watch or airpods
2. Banking rewards: You will normally need to hit some level of card spend (eg $500 or more) to get the reward and if it's in the form of rebate or cashback it will be given directly to your statement

If you're referring to the signup gift from SingSaver or MoneySmart, you'll have to fill in the rewards redemption form accordingly in order to be eligible for the rewards.
