Choosing a credit card

I've just graduated and gotten a full time job. I'm trying to find a credit card to tie to my DBS Multiplier account, but I do not know which to choose from? Any suggestions or tips for choosing one?

Hi Terence,

It seems like you're looking for a DBS credit card, and based on your replies to the previous post, you're unsure of whether you want to earn miles or cashback, and you don't spend a lot.

In such a case, I'd recommend going with a rewards card, because it gives you the flexibility to choose between redeeming miles or cash vouchers. Personally, I don't think DBS' credit cards are great, but if you really want to pick one, I'd recommend DBS Altitude. Even though it's marketed as a miles card, it actually earns DBS Points, which can be redeemed for miles, but not restricted to it. The nice thing about the DBS Altitude is that the points you earn with it will never expire, so you don't have to worry about that. There is also no minimum spending to earn points.

Hope this helps!
