Charges on Poems cash plus acc with SRS fund

Hi,

Recently, i bought 100 shares of KDC reit to check how much the commission fees are been charge.

above the way how we calculate all the charges:

Invested Amt = Price *100

Comm Fee = 0.08%invested amount

Clearing Fee = 0.0325%(Invested Amt + Comm Fee)

Trading Fee = 0.0075%*(Invested Amt + Comm Fee)

SGX Set. Ins. = $0.35

GST Fee 8% of 4 total fee

the above calculation is 100% correct, however there is still more charges called CDP charges ($0.35), anyone why got this charges? Because is not worth to buy small amount of stock if this CDP charges keep charging.
